Section 01

General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 3c444 platform and its users. By using the 3c444 website or mobile version, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.

1.1 Parties to the Agreement

1.2 Scope of Services

Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account at 3c444, the following eligibility requirements must be met. If any user creates an account in violation of these Terms, 3c444 reserves the right to cancel that account at any time.

• Each user may open only one account; multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

2.2 Prohibited Persons

• Employees of 3c444, their close relatives or members of affiliated organizations.
• Persons whose accounts have previously been closed for cause.
• Persons who have participated in fraudulent activities on their own behalf or on behalf of others.

2.3 Account Security

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

3.1 Verification Process

3c444 follows KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Identity verification may be required in any of the following situations:

• For security verification at any time.

3.2 Acceptable Identity Documents

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The payment account used for deposits must be registered in the account holder's name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Deposit amounts are generally added to the account immediately; if there is a delay, notify the support team.
• 3c444 is not responsible for any deposit that fails due to a technical error.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals may be held if active bonus wagering requirements have not been completed.
• An attempt will be made to process withdrawals using the same payment method used at the time of deposit.

4.4 Transaction Verification

3c444 reserves the right to verify any transaction. Suspicious transactions may be reported in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

3c444 offers bonuses and promotions for its users. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that the user must read in full before accepting the bonus.

5.1 Bonus Activation

• A bonus is applicable only to an eligible account.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
• The deadline to claim a bonus will be stated separately for each offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

For the welcome bonus, wagering of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed before withdrawal. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000 before making a withdrawal.

• All eligible games will contribute to meeting the wagering requirement.
• The use of bonuses may be restricted on certain games.
• The time limit for completing wagering will be found in the details of each bonus.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

3c444's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on activity and performance on the platform.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus system abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled and associated winnings may be withdrawn. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting or other fraudulent methods will be considered abuse.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• 3c444 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error.
• Odds offered based on unclear or incorrect information may be corrected or cancelled.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Bet acceptance depends on the status of the event and applicable rules.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Betting on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL or other cricket tournaments will follow the rules on the relevant page.

6.3 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Game results are determined impartially and automatically.
• The rules applicable to live dealer games will be displayed at the game table.

6.4 Game Cancellation & Errors

If a game session is interrupted due to a software or hardware error, 3c444 will resolve the situation in accordance with the applicable rules. Winnings resulting from an error are not valid and may be voided.

Prohibited Activities

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or introducing illegal funds.
• Bonus fraud or misuse of the bonus system.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Participating in collusive betting or match fixing.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Attempting to undermine the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users.
• Providing false or misleading information.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Account Closure by 3c444

3c444 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.
• If a security risk is identified.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All active bonuses and incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled before the account is closed.

8.3 Funds After Account Closure

Any remaining valid funds after account closure will be returned to the user's registered payment method, unless a decision has been made to forfeit them for cause.
